In Mekari POS, you can synchronize warehouses with Mekari Jurnal by mapping outlets and warehouses. In addition, you can determine the inventory source for synchronizing the initial stock, either from Mekari POS or Mekari Jurnal. Follow the steps below.

  1. Go to the Settings menu.

  2. Then click the “Integrations” submenu.

  3. You will see a list of Mekari POS integrations. Then click “Manage” on the Jurnal integration.

  4. Click the “company name” in Jurnal that you want to configure.

  5. Click the “Add outlets” button to select the outlet you want to connect to Jurnal.

  6. Check the name of the outlet you want and click “Add outlet”.

  7. In the Inventory source section, select the initial stock synchronization method: Mekari POS to synchronize stock to Jurnal, Jurnal to synchronize stock to Mekari POS, or Do not synchronize to leave the initial stock unchanged. This setting only applies to new outlet and warehouse mappings.

  8. In the Jurnal Warehouse section, select the Jurnal warehouse that you want to map to the Mekari POS outlet.

Each Jurnal warehouse can only be mapped to one Mekari POS outlet.

  9. Once you have selected a warehouse, click “Save warehouse mapping” to save it.

That concludes the explanation of how to map warehouses in Mekari Jurnal through Mekari POS.
