In the Profit and Loss menu, you can view an operating profit report from sales transactions based on a specific period. Go to the Reports menu.
In the Profit and loss section, click “Profit and loss”.
On this page, you can display the report for the desired period: Today, This week, This month, or Custom range.
To save the report, click the “Download” icon, then select the CSV or XLSX file format.
In this section, you can view the total Operating profit, number of Transactions, Operating profit in the previous period, and the Percentage change in profit compared to the previous period.
Next, you can view the operating profit calculation, which includes gross sales, discounts, net sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, service fee revenue, tip revenue, rounding, forfeited deposits, and refunds.
Lastly, in the By outlet section, you can view the profit and loss details for each outlet, including gross sales, discounts, net sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, service fee revenue, tip revenue, rounding, and forfeited deposits.
