The Rounding feature (Rounding) allows stores to automatically round transaction totals to simplify the payment process. This feature is especially useful when the purchase total results in an uneven amount, so cashiers and customers do not need to prepare small denominations.

Set up rounding according to your needs by selecting the rounding direction (up or down) and denomination multiples, such as Rp100, Rp500, or Rp1,000, to make transactions faster and more efficient.

  1. Go to the Settings menu in the Mekari POS Back Office.

  2. Click “Charges” in the Payments submenu.

  3. Click the “Details” button for Rounding.

  4. Click the “Add Rounding” button in the upper-right corner.

  5. Enter the rounding configuration data in the available fields. Then, click the “Save” button when the configuration is complete.
