Mekari POS with the 360 subscription package has an Approval Line feature that grants permission to cancel or return orders. This feature is helpful when a cashier wants to cancel or return an order, as permission from a second staff member or a higher-level role is required. The following are the steps to set up the Approval Line:
Go to the Settings menu in the Mekari POS Back-office. Select the “Order settings” submenu under Operations.
You will see the following settings. Click the “Edit” button to change the settings.
You can select the order return and cancellation options that you want to activate by sliding the toggle icon.

Select the roles that are allowed to approve the operation for the selected outlet.
You can select more than one role for this permission.
Once you have entered everything required, click the “Save” button and check the Mekari POS App.
