The Returns feature helps you monitor and track all completed refund transactions in a more structured manner. Through this feature, you can view return information such as the return time, return number, original transaction number, outlet, cashier, refund method, return reason, and the amount refunded.

You can check return details and download order return history in Mekari POS through the Back Office. Here are the steps:

A.  View Order Return Details

1. Go to the Orders menu.
2. Then select the “Returns” submenu.
   
3. Select the return type, such as Refund, Return, or Exchange. You can then view information related to the order return.
   
4. Hover over the return number of the order you want to view in detail. Click the “VIEW DETAILS” button, then the order return details will appear on the next page.
   
5. The order return details will appear as follows.
   

B. Download Order Return History

1. Go to the Orders menu
2. Then select the Returns” submenu.
   
3. Click the “Download” icon to download the order return history. Select the “Export as CSV” or “Export as XLSX” option according to the format you need. The file will be downloaded to your device in the selected format.
